COPTHORNE HOTEL PALMERSTON NORTH, Palmerston North – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel offers a great room size and is conveniently located near the town center and restaurants. However, the room tends to get stuffy quickly overnight, and there are limited parking options in the car park.

The hotel room had no hot water in the morning, and our sleep was disrupted by noisy groups outside. However, the room felt fresh and had a wonderful ambiance.

The hotel had lovely rooms with a comfortable extra big bed and a good size lounge, but unfortunately, upstairs rooms are not accessible for all attendees. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although lacking urgency at times. The location is close to the city center but tricky to find, and the dining experience was a bit disappointing with limited options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were more enjoyable and comfortable than I expected, the noise could have been dampened better considering the location near the main block and motel rooms. The service was fantastic overall, but I did notice some gossiping among staff members. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the dining options were good but slightly overpriced for the quality. The facilities offered were satisfactory.

The hotel is ideally located near shops, making it convenient for us. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the elevator, and it was a tad warm. Outside the hotel, it was pleasant. The service was friendly and cheerful; even with staff shortages, the staff remained polite, helpful, and hospitable. The location is fantastic, everything within walking distance, and the room was cozy. The dining experience had abundant food, and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming. However, there was a minor issue with cutlery during breakfast. Overall, a good value for money stay.
